    Bringing music & rhythm to life through our interactive songs, movement activities, and group storytelling. We believe that movement and learning are inseparable, children can freely explore a wide variety of instruments.

  • Gardening

    Gardening

    Olive Grove Childcare has been growing & developing a green thumb. The children have had fun sowing seeds, gardening and harvesting their own produce. Each year we try new plants and veggies and share our delights in snack time.

  • Yoga

    Yoga

    Rani teaches yoga fundamentals of poses, breathing techniques, and mindful movement. Tailored to children by working in games, share circles and focusing on calm mindfulness.

  • Senior Integration Program

    Senior Integration Program

    Throughout the year children and staff visit with the senior citizens living at Lynn Valley Care Centre. These events make lasting memories for the young and the young at heart.

  • Hot Lunch

    Hot Lunch

    In addition to our nutritious morning and afternoon snacks, we offer an optional hot lunch program. Menu items change monthly and encourages children to try new and tasty dishes.

  • Lilio

    Lillio

    Lillio (formerly Hi Mama) app allows staff to communicate with parents about the daily activities of their children, such as play, bathroom, naps, and notable moments. It keeps our parents updated and even has photos.

    Jade has always had a passion to work with children and feels honoured to be part of their journey from childhood to adulthood. Olive Grove Childcare was created in 2009 with a vision to create childcare that exemplifies quality in every aspect and serves its community accordingly.

    Kristie Watt

    Director of Operations

    Kristie’s goal is to create an environment for children to explore & discover. With a human kinetics background, Kristie has a special connection with gross motor play and activities. She believes children develop through experimenting and social interactions through a loving and positive environment.

    Yvette Paradiso

    Director of Administration and Finance

    Yvette’s philosophy is to nurture children with an environment that is warm and inviting, and provides them opportunities to build foundation for intellectual growth and development. She believes children learn through play which helps to foster their life long social & emotional skills.
